Parties: FETCH Dog Services (“Service Provider”) and [Client’s Name] (“Client”)

1. Services Provided:

  • Overnight Stays: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, includes feeding and care.

2. Payment Terms:

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking.

3. Cancellation Policy:

4. Insurance Coverage:

  • FETCH Dog Services is fully insured, including:

    • Public Liability Insurance: Covers up to £5,000,000 for incidents excluding any injury to the animal owner or damage caused by the owner’s animal.

    • Care, Custody, and Control of Animals: Coverage includes veterinary fees, death benefit, loss by theft or straying, loss of boarding fees, and custodial responsibility, with a maximum benefit of £10,000 per period of insurance.

5. Data Protection:

  • All personal data provided by the Client will be handled in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018. The data will only be used for the purpose of providing the services and will be securely stored.

6. Responsibilities of the Client:

  • The Client agrees to provide all necessary information regarding the dog’s health, temperament, and special care needs.

  • The Client agrees that their dog(s) are up to date with vaccinations, including Kennel Cough.

  • The Client acknowledges that their dog(s) will undergo a Meet and Greet to determine suitability for care. This is to ensure that the dog(s) are a good fit with our services and other dogs in our care.

7. Liability:

  • FETCH Dog Services shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or death of the Client's dog(s) unless caused by our gross negligence.

  • The Client is responsible for any damage caused by their dog(s) to the Service Provider’s property.

8. Pick-Up and Drop-Off:

  • Pick-up and drop-off services are free within a 4-mile radius of Sapcote. For distances beyond 4 miles, a charge of £[Specify Amount] will apply.

  • Agreed pickup times will be adhered to, and any delays or changes must be communicated to FETCH Dog Services as soon as possible.

9. Veterinary Care:

  • In the event of a medical emergency, FETCH Dog Services will make every effort to contact the Client. If the Client cannot be reached, FETCH is authorized to seek veterinary care at the Client’s expense.

10. Governing Law:

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with UK law.

11. Additional Provisions:

  • FETCH Dog Services does not have holiday closures and is open year-round.

  • No liability is assumed for any loss or theft of personal belongings provided by the Client for the dog(s).
